You can cancel your reservation without any charge up to 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. However, if you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first 3 nights will be applicable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in written form via email to thetempleviewhomestay@gmail.com during our office hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.

For reservations of 30 nights or fewer, we require a cancellation notification at least 7 days in advance. Any modifications to your booking within this 7-day period will be accommodated. If a cancellation occurs within these 7 days, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the first 7 nights of your stay.

For bookings exceeding one month, a cancellation notice of 15 days is necessary. Any alterations to the booking made within this 15-day window will be honored. Should a cancellation be made less than 15 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first 15 nights will be charged.

The Company retains the authority to cancel bookings if the reserved rooms or apartments, or any part thereof, are closed due to circumstances beyond our control, or if the Company becomes insolvent, enters liquidation, or receivership. In such instances, any advance payments made will be refunded, but the Company will not be subject to any further liability to the client.

We shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to alterations or cancellations of your booking, or our inability to fulfill our contractual obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, natural or man-made disasters, fire, floods, and severe weather conditions.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for booking cancellations arising from flight disruptions due to volcanic eruptions.In the event of serious complaints or disputes, Dreams reserves the right to terminate your stay without prior notification.
