Arrival and Departure Check-in time is at 12:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these timings to allow for necessary preparations for subsequent guests.
Entry Privileges For the purpose of property inspection and to perform any essential upkeep or maintenance, our authorized personnel, including managers and representatives, retain the right to access the premises at any reasonable time. We will always strive to minimize any inconvenience to you during such instances. Regarding We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on the property.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Left Items Any personal belongings left behind in the accommodation after your departure will be stored for a period of one month. Following this period, the management reserves the authority to dispose of these items as deemed appropriate. Please note that the management cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions.
Security Payment and Extra Fees For extended stays, typically ranging from three months to a year or longer, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be collected in advance. This deposit can be adjusted against or refunded with your final month's rental payment.
Complimentary offerings include breakfast, Wi-Fi access, and housekeeping services, as specified in your chosen package. Additional charges may apply for supplementary housekeeping services, any damages or loss to the property or its contents, and for misplaced keys or parking permits.
